Job Title: Senior Manager of Global After Sales and Services
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Senior Manager of Global After Sales and Services. This strategic operational leadership position will sit on both the Global Services and Industrial Automation leadership teams and have ownership of all activities in alignment with the Global After-Sales and Service strategy within Industrial Automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Plan: Create a strategic plan and roadmap for implementation to drive consistent growth in our aftermarket portfolio across the segment.
- Efficiency Maximization: Maximize the efficiency of our internal and global services resources through robust processes and toolset development to maximize customer impact.
- Lead After-Sales and Service Business: Lead the Front End (FE) and Back End (BE) of the Industrial Automation segment after-sales and service business in-line with agreed upon processes.
- Value-Added Solutions: Articulate and deliver value-added service solutions to customers throughout the equipment life cycle.
- Global Processes: Implement standardized global processes and leverage customer feedback and KPIs to drive focused customer support, conduct root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Performance Measurement Tools: Develop and use performance measurement tools and visual aids to deliver profitable growth through world-class service and support to customers.
- Customer Interactions: Ensure comprehensive use of the company CRM for all customer interactions and department activities.
- Escalation Point: Act as the escalation point for all Industrial Automation service issues or customer complaints and work them through to resolution with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Meetings and Functions: Facilitate/participate in site and global meetings/functions as needed.
- Ethical Standards: Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
Requirements:
Education: A diploma or degree specializing in a technical field, preferably mechanical/electrical engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, operations, and/or service/aftermarket leadership with a focus on lean process management. Previous experience working in the custom automation equipment business or the Nuclear industry is highly valuable.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
