Job Overview

The Senior Programme Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of a portfolio of Corporate Functions' projects and initiatives, ensuring timely, quality, and budget achievement. This role reports directly to the IT Director - Global Finance and Corporate Functions.

This position is responsible for managing stakeholders at all levels, including functional VPs and Senior Directors, to ensure alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that all relevant IT services meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of a portfolio of projects and initiatives, achieving target benefits.
  • Assist business leaders in building strong business cases to support each initiative.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of IT services provided to Corporate Functions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Project management experience in global companies with budgetary oversight.
  • Functional experience in Compliance, Legal, and People.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to understand data flows and integration between systems.
What We Offer
  • Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
