About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Business Development Administrative Assistant for our Toronto branch. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position starting with part-time hours (3 days/week in the office). The ideal candidate will have experience in an office coordinator or corporate services role and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create a positive first impression by greeting visitors and managing the Long View lobby.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all employees and visitors.
- Answer and forward incoming calls professionally.
- Process mail and packages efficiently.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with administrative projects.
- Provide executive support to the branch VP.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in an office coordinator or corporate services role.
- Proven customer service and critical thinking skills.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
