About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Business Development Administrative Assistant for our Toronto branch. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position starting with part-time hours (3 days/week in the office). The ideal candidate will have experience in an office coordinator or corporate services role and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive first impression by greeting visitors and managing the Long View lobby.
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all employees and visitors.
  • Answer and forward incoming calls professionally.
  • Process mail and packages efficiently.
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with administrative projects.
  • Provide executive support to the branch VP.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in an office coordinator or corporate services role.
  • Proven customer service and critical thinking skills.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
