Rotfleisch & Samulovitch P.C. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our legal team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to our lawyers and staff
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong administrative background and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
