About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all invoices and payments. They will also provide advice on merchandise and assist with scheduling and workflow.



Key Responsibilities



  • Invoicing clients and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Ensuring accuracy of financial transactions and detecting any irregularities or malfunctions
  • Providing advice on merchandise and assisting with sales
  • Helping with scheduling and workflow to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensuring compliance with computerized document management systems


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A strong background in finance and credit administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SQL, and Python
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


Benefits


We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including dental plan, vision care benefits, bonus, group insurance benefits, and a permanent work term.
