Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, evaluating daily operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and managing contracts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Management: Oversee the preparation of reports, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including greeting clients, directing them to contacts or service areas, and responding to their inquiries.
  • Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform tasks and maintain records.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English or French.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, requiring strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and excellent communication skills.
