Product Support Specialist

Brandt is seeking a skilled Product Support Representative to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our Customer Service Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to promote our products and services
- Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Fulfill parts order requests from clients with precision and attention to detail
- Provide inventory availability and shipping times to customers, ensuring seamless communication
- Collaborate with other Brandt field staff members to provide comprehensive parts support
- Work with multiple vendors to offer customers a range of options for their parts requests
- Proven multitasking ability, with experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry or outbound sales is an asset, but not necessary
