Job Summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and dealerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot crop production, harvesting, and application equipment within the CNH product portfolio.
  • Use mechanical and electronic test equipment to interpret fault codes and operating parameters.
  • Interpret operating parameters for acceptable vehicle performance.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers and dealerships in a timely and urgent manner.
  • Maintain positive and constructive relationships with Engineering and Technical Publications employees.
  • Provide regular feedback on current issues with CNH equipment.
  • Act as a product expert on assigned products.
  • Document technical questions and data for future reference.
  • Create technical troubleshooting documents in the self-help database.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ag Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Ag Systems Technology, or Engine Technology.
  • Associate's Degree and 5+ years of technical experience with agriculture equipment in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum two years' experience working mechanically with agriculture equipment, construction equipment, and/or heavy trucks.
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
