Product Support Specialist

Brandt is seeking a skilled Product Support Representative to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our Customer Service Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to promote our products and services
- Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Fulfill parts order requests from clients with precision and attention to detail
- Provide availability of inventory and shipping times to customers, ensuring seamless communication
- Collaborate with multiple vendors to offer customers a range of options for their parts requests
- Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order to meet customer expectations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry or outbound sales
- Fluency in both French and English, although not necessary
