  • Provide availability of inventory and shipping times to customers, ensuring seamless communication
  • Collaborate with multiple vendors to offer customers a range of options for their parts requests
Requirements
  • Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order to meet customer expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the agricultural industry or outbound sales
  • Fluency in both French and English, although not necessary
