The PepsiCo Sales Leadership Program is a comprehensive development program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a sales leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

As a participant in the Sales Leadership Program, you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of the beverage industry and PepsiCo's business operations.
  2. Gain hands-on experience in sales leadership, including managing teams and driving business results.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  4. Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for the Sales Leadership Program, you should have:

  1. A bachelor's degree completed by August 2024.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
