About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PepsiCo's Sales Leadership Program, a comprehensive development program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain a growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business through sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build relationships across the organization, receive best-in-class coaching, and engage in meaningful career connections with leadership.
  • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets and support business growth.
  • Flex both entrepreneurial and physical muscles while merchandising iconic brands to execute advertising displays.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree completed by August 2024.
  • Strong leadership, passion, and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, as demonstrated by the ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solve complex situations, and meet deadlines or targets.
  • Competitive and team-oriented focus with a winning attitude.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
