About the Program

The PepsiCo Beverages Sales Leadership Program is a comprehensive development program designed to equip early talent with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
