Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Consider Everything Immigration Inc.

Responsibilities:
  • Seminar and Event Coordination
    • Arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
    • Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train other office staff members
    • Mentor and guide new hires to adapt quickly
  • Office Administration
    • Determine and establish efficient office procedures
    • Create schedules and confirm appointments
    • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Communication and Support
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly
    • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner
  • Research and Data Compilation
    • Compile data, statistics, and information for reporting purposes
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Degree of experience: Permanent position
  • Language of work: English
  • Working hours: 32-40 hours per week
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 based on industry standards and the location. This figure includes considerations for relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
