The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office procedures, managing contracts, and maintaining digital databases. They will also provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Office Procedures: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events; establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and compile data and statistics.
  • Digital Database Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems and manage digital databases.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, ordering office supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
