Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Rana Vijay Personal Real Estate Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring seamless office operations, and providing exceptional support to our team members.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be proficient in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, highlighting key takeaways and action items.
- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines, streamlining workflows and improving productivity.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure seamless coordination with team members and external stakeholders.
- Respond to phone calls, electronic inquiries, and messages, providing timely and professional responses.
- Compile data, statistics, and information, analyzing trends and insights to inform business decisions.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked workspace.
- Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and coordinate transportation as needed.
- Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring secure and accessible storage of sensitive information.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, offering a dynamic and flexible work environment. As a permanent employee, you can expect to work 40 hours per week, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
