We are seeking an Office Support Specialist - Administrative Coordination to join our team at GKS Employment Services Inc. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating office procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
About You- You will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You will be available to work 35 hours per week.
- You will be fluent in English.
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure their implementation is efficient.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing reports.
- Oversight and coordination of office administrative procedures, including receiving payments from customers and establishing work schedules.
- Coordinating work activities with other departments and communicating with other workers to ensure the preparation and completion of work assignments.
- Focusing on delivering excellent results while maintaining efficient interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrating flexibility, being organized, and reliable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
