About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at DR. N RANDHAWA INC.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Determining and establishing efficient office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Providing exceptional customer service through telephone and electronic communication channels
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information as required for business decisions
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems both manually and electronically
  • Preparing and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents to a high standard
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word and ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 32-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
