Job Description

The Office Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
  • Planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Education and Qualifications
