Responsibilities:

* Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities
* Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with customers and stakeholders
* Direct the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives
* Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies and make recommendations for improvement
* Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
* Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
* Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to achieve their business goals
* Maintain and manage digital databases to track customer interactions and preferences
* Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in marketing and sales leadership roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles and practices
* Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Microsoft Office
