Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management and personal sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, lead, and motivate a sales team
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the national and international agricultural, horticultural, and/or home and garden markets
  • Demonstrable track record of product sales and strong sales growth
  • Ability to travel as needed
