**Business Planning Role at Government of Canada - Central**
As a strategic business development manager, you will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
- Work must be completed at the physical location.
- Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000.
