About the Role
The successful Director, Business Development will lead a team of Marketing Consultants and be responsible for driving revenue growth through senior-level B2B sales and recruitment. This individual must stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving marketing industry, identify new sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Marketing Consultants and provide guidance on strategy and insights.
- Regularly communicate with Marketing Consultants to motivate and assist them in their roles.
- Visit customers with Marketing Consultants as required to ensure effective collaboration.
- Develop and implement business development tactics to generate new contacts, craft personalized emails, and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Utilize customer relations management skills to identify opportunities within our CRM system.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, tenacity, and a strategic outlook on our solutions. You must also have experience in sales leadership, recruitment, and marketing knowledge, as well as a professional network. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective. Good knowledge of MS Office is required.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
