This involves preparing briefing notes, reports, proposals, and correspondence on behalf of both directors and, as required, the Vice-President, University Relations.

Key responsibilities include participating on committees and working groups, serving as a contact point for stakeholders, and providing information and advice regarding University priorities and initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
