About the Role

The Account Director at Dexterra Group is a key position responsible for overseeing services and leading a team of staff. This role involves client-facing interactions and ensuring the successful execution of project scopes, as well as delivering on key company deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management and possess a strategic selling mindset. They will be able to attract, develop, and retain employees, providing a safe and supportive work environment.

The Account Director will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the importance of client retention through the Tenacity Client for Life methodology.
  • Ensuring a visible presence to foster effective working relationships with clients.
  • Aligning key contacts with client positions and creating a relationship matrix.
  • Communicating performance expectations and monitoring and rewarding performance.
  • Acting as a talent scout to identify, recruit, and vet proposed staff.
  • Ensuring succession plans are regularly reviewed and career growth plans are supported.
  • Utilizing the Miller Heiman sales methodology and process.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management.
  • Federal Government Security Clearance required.
  • Awareness of technical elements needed to deliver services support.
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain employees.
  • A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
