Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Officer to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience and expertise in management to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

This senior leadership position plays a critical role in shaping our organization's strategy and direction. As Chief Business Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our business operations, including supervision, computer and technology knowledge, and area of work experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our use of MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and make recommendations to improve our services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. You must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail, even under pressure.
