Regional Enterprise Sales Director Opportunity

Motive, a fast-growing software company, is seeking an experienced Regional Enterprise Sales Director to lead its sales team in the Enterprise segment.
This high-energy role requires a strong leader who can motivate and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic account and territory plans, track progress, and cultivate a culture of high-performance and accountability.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets with Fortune 1000 companies, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM technologies is also required.
As a key member of Motive's sales team, this Regional Enterprise Sales Director will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a world-class team of Enterprise Account Executives in achieving revenue targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to meet or exceed ACV targets.
- Cultivate a culture of high-performance and accountability through best-in-class hiring, coaching, and development.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with Fortune 1000 companies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM technologies.
