About the Role
  • As a Dental Regional Director, you will provide leadership and support to Office Managers and managing partners to ensure financial and operational success.
  • You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be willing to work outside regular business hours as needed.

We are looking for an independent, self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing staff, handling HR-related issues, and assisting with recruitment and retention of high-quality dentists and auxiliaries.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage operations and revenue goals for multiple practices.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
  3. Collaborate with Office Managers to ensure seamless practice operations.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to assess dynamics and provide guidance as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dental management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
