About the role:

This remote Sales Specialist position will focus on engaging with borrowers to offer credit top-ups, propelling us towards our next phase of growth.

You'll initiate and maintain contact with borrowers to identify new opportunities for Credit Top-up loans, set targets, and strive to achieve them. Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a supportive work environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with borrowers to offer credit top-ups
  • Setting and striving to achieve targets
  • Collaborating with team members
  • Actively seeking coaching and guidance from peers and managers
  • Operating with minimal supervision
  • Applying strong business acumen
  • Maintaining high integrity
  • Utilizing CRM tools to manage and track the sales pipeline effectively

The ideal candidate has:

  • Ideally 1+ year of sales experience with a proven track record
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM is preferred
  • Desire to work on a competitive target-driven business sales team
  • Highly disciplined, with excellent time management & organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills in English
