Business Development Representative

About the Opportunity
This role is focused on leveraging the skills of former athletes and veterans to drive sales growth in high-growth startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Account Research and Prospecting: Conduct research and outreach to potential clients to build relationships and identify new sales opportunities
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Relationship Building & Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
- Performance Metrics & Tracking: Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- College/Pro/Olympic Athletes or Veterans: Preference given to candidates with a background in athletics or military service
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proficient in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills
