About Us: Our client, a leading provider of innovative workplace solutions, is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join their team in the Greater Toronto Area. About the Role: As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business expansion by identifying and qualifying new opportunities through strategic market engagement and direct outreach. The successful candidate will help establish new partnerships and revenue streams by effectively connecting with prospects and positioning the company's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in prospecting processes for new opportunities in the Greater Toronto Area
  • Develop and build sales volume and revenue to sustainable levels within new accounts
  • Analyze markets for competitively held customers and maintain a list of target corporate accounts
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to hand off qualified end-user opportunities
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines, including newly introduced items

Qualifications: A college diploma or university degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with prospects and build relationships at all levels. A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Highly resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations. High energy and enthusiasm for engaging new clients and achieving goals.
