Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and outreach to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with local leads provided for you
- Contact and identify key decision makers and potential clients
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Acquire and present company knowledge with some understanding of the industry
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals
- Track and report on sales activities and progress using G-suite and other platforms

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate/entertainment industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to learn actively and push sales proactively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $51,095.00-$58,794.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
