**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the small to medium business sector interested in P2P Network Solutions.
- **Solution Selling**: Understand client needs and articulate how our cybersecurity, infrastructure, backup, and disaster recovery services align with their business objectives.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, presentations, and demonstrations of our P2P Network Solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical teams to ensure seamless transition from prospecting to client onboarding.
- **Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform our offerings and sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Providing progress reports on client generation, engagement and sales on a regular basis.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven Sales Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IT services or MSP industry. Including prospecting, lead generation, client management and appointment setting.
- **CRM**: Minimum of 3-5 years of various CRM systems and tools experience.
- **Technical Acumen**: Understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- **Networking Skills**: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of professional relationships.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- **Initiative and Drive**: Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

**Salary**: $34,424.00-$60,000.00 per year
