Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly proficient in administrative tasks, and have a strong ability to prioritize work effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
  • Establish priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including managing records and coordinating office services.
  • Administer policies related to access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
