Senior Office Coordinator

At Mohan Immigration Services Ltd., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
Job Description:
As a Senior Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing tasks, managing contracts, and maintaining digital databases. You will also be required to answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries, compile data and statistics, and advise senior management on various matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent experience
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
* Strong organizational and communication skills
