- Minute Preparation: Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences in a timely and accurate manner.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- CORRESPONDENCE: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
