Administrative Office Coordinator Specialist

Lynne C Romero Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing daily operations, opening and distributing mail, and providing customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Train staff and other workers
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage training and development strategies
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Advise senior management
- Oversee payroll administration
- Arrange travel and make reservations
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and other software applications. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
