Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our brand presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, regional chamber affiliates, and supplier diversity industry partners.
- Lead a team of business development managers to achieve revenue targets and support the Chamber's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business plans, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
- 5-7+ years of experience in a leadership position in sales or business development, preferably as a Director of Sales or Director of Business Development.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding brand presence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English and French is an asset.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000-$100,000, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including group benefit plan coverage, annual vacation, and a generous public holiday schedule.
