The Jewish Community Foundation of Montreal is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our President & CEO.

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.

You will also provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

We are looking for someone with superior communication and organizational skills, who is detail-oriented, discreet, and able to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.

A strong understanding of customer-service principles and ability to maintain confidentiality is required.

This role involves a variety of administrative and client support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
