- Working closely with our President & CEO, Vice Presidents, and other Executive Committee Members, you will contribute to the planning and execution of McElhanney’s strategic direction by bringing market awareness and insights to the executive table. As a leader who prioritizes communication, you find ways to bring back relevant information that energizes, inspires, and guides the direction of your regional teams. Your words leave a lasting impression, and they are critical to our success as you find ways to continually motivate, engage, and strengthen your people. Your teams need your leadership, they believe in it, and they are confident that you will lead with the vision to get there.- You foster relationships and keep your finger on the pulse by spending time with each regional office on a regular basis.
- You regularly communicate with managers and promote a sense of united participation in, and commitment to, the organization.
- You participate in the recruitment, performance management, and succession planning of personnel. You provide direction, mentoring, and coaching to a very capable team of professionals.

You actively participate in Executive Committee meetings where you contribute to shaping the future of our company. You bridge the connection between the Executive Committee, our Business Support Services Team, and the branches you oversee. You know that two-way communication is key to making transformations happen, which is why you find ways to connect key insights to different layers of your team.- You work with market sector, technical service group, and branch leaders to develop, execute, and continually adjust a multiyear strategy that is aligned with strategic objectives which meet Key Performance Indicators across McElhanney’s four cornerstones of People & Communities, Clients & Partners, Processes & Technology, and Financial.
- You work closely with managers of regional branches in an advisory capacity to set clear goals, create plans to achieve milestones, and improve branch performance.
