Job Summary:

AppleOne is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our organization by developing and implementing HR programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Management and Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners to ensure a productive and inclusive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Support Payroll: Provide accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Job Analysis, Program and Policy Development and Implementation: Conduct thorough job analyses to identify skills and competencies required for success, and develop and implement policies and programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career advancement.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Other Duties as Required: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist: Proven track record of success in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
