Job Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the HR team in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health and dental plans, and other programs.
  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in human resources.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
