The Health and Beauty Distributor Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for opening and distributing mail, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and providing customer service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. You will be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, as well as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory. You will also be responsible for arranging travel, related itineraries, and making reservations.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. You will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
