Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and coordination of office services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including data entry, report preparation, and coordination of office services.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports.
- Perform data entry and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Resolve conflict situations and demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
