We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator to join our Group Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our client service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop strong working relationships with the LIG team and assigned clients.
  2. Work with clients, consultants, and insurance carrier contacts to ensure accurate data entry and manipulation.
  3. Maintain accurate records of employee data and plan design.
  4. Assist client new hires with the enrollment process.
  5. Handle employee inquiries by phone and email.
  6. Review contracts, policies, and plan information for accuracy.
  7. Peer review of documents as needed.
  8. Assist with special projects in the office as requested.
Requirements
  1. Superior communications skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Excellent organization skills.
  3. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
  4. Ability to work well under pressure, against deadlines, and independently.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  6. Excellent customer service skills.
  7. Team Player and the ability to work independently.
  8. Bilingual (English and French) required.
