Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records
* Coordinate office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
