About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Sparkling Hill Wellness Hotel Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits
    • Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Monitor revenues and labor costs to optimize profitability
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in budgeting, financial management, and staff supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
