Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of our staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and support our staff to ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs to the best of their ability.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible deals on food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
