We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of our staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support our staff to ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs to the best of their ability.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible deals on food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
