Pacific Hospitality Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our dining operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-20 staff members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address complaints, and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, and direct daily operations, including inventory management, cost control, and health and safety regulations.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and train staff to meet business needs, including awareness training for a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
